Liu Qianghua graduated from the Oil Painting Department of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts in 1993, graduated from the Advanced Research Class of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts in 2000, and graduated from the in-service graduate program of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts in 2007 with a master's degree. Currently, he is a teacher in the Cross Media Art Department of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts.
