Zhang Le graduated from Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, Tama University of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts, and Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts with a PhD in Art; Professor at Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts.

The art works were selected for the 12th and 13th National Art Exhibition; The second Beijing International Art Biennale Series Exhibition, the first China Rock Color Exhibition and subsequent editions, the "Meeting Materials" Rock Color Invitation Exhibition, the China Artists Association National Youth Teacher Chinese Painting Invitation Exhibition, the sixth Art Literature Exhibition and other large-scale exhibitions have won excellent awards at the "Today Silk Road" International Invitation Exhibition, the 30th "Tokyo Exhibition" and other exhibitions; 8 solo exhibitions, with some works being collected by public venues and institutions such as art museums and cultural centers.
