You Miao, female, Han ethnicity, born in Xi'an, Shaanxi Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China and a teaching assistant. She graduated from China University of Mining and Technology and is a national level three psychological counselor and a mental health counselor in Jiangsu Province. Current undergraduate counselor for the Cross Media Art Department of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts in 2021 and 2022.

Mainly responsible for teaching military theory and career planning courses for college students. The main research directions are ideological and political education for college students, student development and education. Published 6 academic papers on education as the first author, and led 4 provincial and school level ideological and political education projects.
