Liu Xiyuan, female, born in 1991, a member of the Communist Party of China, from Shijiazhuang, Hebei. He graduated from Lanzhou University with a bachelor's degree in art design (environmental art design) and a master's degree in Dunhuang Studies (grotto art and archaeology).

From July 2017 to November 2020, worked at the Lanzhou University Museum, engaged in management work;

From November 2020 to August 2021, worked at the School of Network and Continuing Education of Lanzhou University as the Deputy Director of the Teaching Department;

Since September 2021, I have been employed at the Cross Media Art Department of Xi'an Academy of Fine Arts as a teaching and research secretary.
